Mokopane teenagers accused of killing fellow learner, denied bail

The two suspects were arrested on Saturday, 13 April after Tebatjo Nkoana's body was found at the dumping site in Ext 14, outside Mokopane.

MOKOPANE – The two arrested suspects, aged 17 and 18-year-old, who were arrested in connection with the murder of Tebatjo Nkoana,  appeared in the Mokopane Magistrate’s Court, court earlier today on a charge of murder.

The two suspects were arrested on Saturday, 13 April after Nkoana’s body was found at the dumping site in Ext 14, outside Mokopane. The teenage girl left home for school on Friday, 12 April at 06:40 and never returned home after school.

Both suspects were denied bail and the case was postponed to Tuesday, 23 April for bail application and for further police investigation to take place.
