[WATCH] Fly Fofa Airlines conducts test flight to Polokwane International Airport

The Boeing 737-300 aircraft landed at the airport this afternoon as part of a demonstration for possible future flights to the City of Stars.

POLOKWANE – Fly Fofa Airlines, this afternoon, conducted a test flight from OR Tambo International to Polokwane International Airport in the hopes of future flights between Polokwane and other cities.

Fly Fofa is a 100% black owned company that was established to offer the best and reliable services in the Aviation field.

The Boeing 737-300 aircraft landed at the airport to a warm welcome before jetting back to Johannesburg. On board were Civil Aviation Authority employees who were there to see whether the airline and the airport were capable of handling flights between the two cities.

 

Executive Chairman of Fly Fofa, Thabo Fisha told Review their aim is to provide affordable flights from Polokwane to other destinations.

GAAL’s CEO, Masingita Baloyi says that they will know within three months whether or not a schedule for flights between Polokwane and Cape Town will be set up and flights to Johannesburg in the future.
