LIMPOPO – According to police spokesperson, Col Moatshe Ngoepe, Tshivhula was granted bail by the Dzanani Magistrates Court and was scheduled to appear again before the Thohoyandou High Court on 17 Sepetember 2018 but never did and the police have been searching for him since.
“The suspect was arrested after he was positively linked to the murder of his 29-year-old partner, Mavis Mabala in Phadzima village in 2017.”

Mabala was reported missing on 19 April 2017 and her body was found umped in the nearby bushes, already in a state of decomposition on 13 May 2017 This incident led to the torching of Vhulaudzi Police Station by a group of community members.
