POLOKWANE – According to a statement released by the Polokwane Municipality, consumers whose services have been suspended will no longer be required to pay 50% upfront payment of their outstanding bill before being reconnected.
The news comes in the wake of indigent bills being cancelled by the Municipality too.

The re-connection fee has been reduced to 20% of the outstanding bill.
“Consumers with outstanding bills are encouraged to make payment arrangements with the municipality before 30 August 2018,” the statement concluded.
