[VIDEO] Get fit with Jama Dance Studio’s bootcamp classes

Classes are held every Thursday at the Cricket Club.

POLOKWANE – Founder and owner of Jama Dance Studios, Jack Mawasha, wants to keep his dancers fit and firm at all times and therefore, decided to create a boot camp programme which includes yoga, fitness work outs and some Zumba.

Jack has invited the public to join in on his classes saying that all are welcome to try out the programme which is beneficiary to both one’s health and fitness.

Tebogo Ramokgopa and Refilwe Mphahlele are seen demonstrating some of the exercises in the video.

During the bootcamp, you can expect to do box jumps (high-jumps from the floor on to a box) which will strengthen your legs and thighs, as well as tire-pulls which develop your glutes and calves.

“Most exercises we do will benefit most parts of your body,” Jack said.

Jack hosts these boot camp work-out classes every Thursdays at the Cricket Club.
