LIMPOPO – The 58-year-old suspect accused of raping a 25-year-old employee appeared before the Groblersdal Magistrate’s Court and was granted bail of R4 0000.
The victim, who was working at the suspect’s shop in the Groblersdal CBD, was allegedly raped by her employer on Tuesday, 6 March. Two days later when he attempted to rape her again he failed and she was dismissed, said Police spokesperson, Lt Col Moatshe Ngoepe in an earlier report.
The suspect is expected to reappear before the same court on 7 May 2018.
Police investigations continue.

“After two days, the suspect tried to rape her again but was unsuccessful and he dismissed her from work,”he explained.
The victim reported the incident to the police who immediately began with their initial investigations and that led to the arrest of the suspect.
“The suspect will appear before the Groblersdal Magistrate court on Monday, 12 March, on a charge of rape.
