Fairy godmother Chantelle helps Cinderellas of Polokwane

Because of her desire to help others, she has become somewhat of a fairy godmother, helping those girls who need a dress and hair and makeup done on the big day.

POLOKWANE – For most high school girls, their matric farewell is the fairy-tale end to their high school careers.

Unfortunately, not everyone can afford the fancy dresses, expensive accessories and the hair and make-up treatments that go with making their special day magical.

Polokwane resident Chantelle Ströh says she was not able to afford all the things she wished for to make her matric farewell special and doesn’t want any other girl to have to go through that. Because of her desire to help others, she has become somewhat of a fairy godmother, helping those girls who need a dress and hair and makeup done on the big day.

“I decided to get matric farewell dresses and lend them to those girls in need of them. I will also help them with their hair and make-up.”

Chantelle has a few dresses lined up but more is needed and she is appealing to the public to donate formal dresses for the cause.

“Grade 12 girls are welcome to come to me if they need help. I will do a small check to see if they really cannot afford their own dress and if not I will assist them. I also have wedding dresses and will help brides to be.”

To find out how you can help or to ask for assistance, contact Chantelle on Whatsapp at 074 617 5838 or phone her on 0797839799.
