Stock theft syndicate intercepted outside Mokopane
Police spokesperson, Lt Colonel Moatshe Ngoepe says investigations are continuing
LIMPOPO – Police Spokesperson Lt Colonel Moatshe Ngoepe says the syndicate occurred at Tshamahanzi village in Mahwelereng outside Mokopane.
Ngoepe says the suspects fled when they noticed the police, however, nine cattle, to the estimated value of R49 500 were found kept inside a kraal behind the house.
“The owners of this live stock are still unknown and members of the community who have lost cattle are requested to go to the Mokopane Police Station for identification,” he concluded.
