Coordinating the path to success

Natalie Staddon, a feisty 43-year-old wife, mother and career-woman from Flora Park in Polokwane has her eyes firmly on the prize.

POLOKWANE – Natalie has been part of the Energy FM family for almost two years, working in the marketing division. She believes her hard work and determination got her to where she is in life. “I have a never-give-up attitude, I strive to achieve my goals and make a point of finishing all the projects I start,” she explains.

Even with her unwavering spirit, she admits she faces many challenges on a daily basis.

According to Natalie, she sees challenges as opportunities to better herself.

“The challenges I face as a woman include juggling being a mother, a wife and a committed employee. However, my persistence helps me overcome these challenges, in the end, they help me grow.”

Natalie is responsible for event coordination and marketing. She enjoys her job because she gets to meet new people and interact with different personalities.

“What makes my job interesting is meeting radio personalities and celebrities on a regular basis and I always look forward to introducing people to Energy FM.

“When I wake up in the morning, I look forward to tackling new challenges.” She describes herself as an outgoing, family-oriented and bubbly person. She says she loves being in the company of others. In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym, cooking and interacting with her peers. She says anyone who wants to be successful should work hard and stay focused on their goals. “Continue working hard, get a good education and stay committed to your studies. Be passionate, love what you do and you will be rewarded,” she advises.
