HIIT training with Body Life: Are you up to this fitness challenge?

Are you up to this challenge? In this video Body Life trainer, Heinrich Wolhüter, demonstrates 5 high-intensity interval training (HIIT) exercises that can be done in the comfort of your home… this training is perfect for those who are strapped for time.

The exercise consists of doing 50 squats, followed by 40 push-ups, 30 lunges, 20 dips and 10 crunches – you must complete 2-3 rounds.

Each exercise must be followed with 10 burpees… you can take a short breather in between each set.

After completing one round of each you can rest for one to one and half minutes, then continue with the next round for up to three rounds.

“This is a great way of increasing your fitness level and to get back in shape in a limited amount of time.”
