UPDATE: N11 open, motorists to remain cautious

LIMPOPO -The N11 road is now open following the earlier protests in the Mahwelereng area.

Angry residents from Mountain View and Black rock have received water and the police have cleared the road.

All drivers traveling in the area should be alert . Police are still deployed in the area.

Following protests over water the Mogalakwena Municipality have adhered to residents demands and a few minuted ago delivered three tanks of water (about 90 000 litre) to Mountain View village.

Mayor Moses Moakamedi, from Mahwelereng police station addressed the crowd and asks them to disperse. Police are still on the scene.
