To whom it may concern,
The owner of below mentioned property should be heavily fined by COT and property put up for auction.
CPF Moot Sector 1 have assesed the property with only long grass and rubble.NO drug paraphernalia found.I welcome community projects but frown upon them asking for Metro and Police to assist as this will be an abuse of our scarce resources available as it is not necessary.
In my opinion the owner is using cheap labour while he sits pretty in Cape Town!
The councilors and area’s Home Owners association should put pressure on this homeowner.
I posted the facts on facebook and a lady stated “Help.Of bly Stil”
I then responded in kind and have now been seen as a person not wanting to help and they have taken cheap digs at our CPF…We as CPF do not run to the REKORD every time we do something in Sector 1 for our community! I ask were all these people on Facebook were when CPF , SAPS were dealing with this house when it was a drug and sex workers haven ! The owner never cared then and does not care now !
I ask REKORD to do a full investigation on this before just printing a story as I feel the people that are going to help there are just being used .Below is the post I am referring too…
