It was all paws on deck this weekend at Irene Village Mall, Centurion as residents enjoyed a special screening of Paw Patrol: The Mighty Movie.
Paramount Pictures marketing director Stefan Rheeder said the movie company invited people to see the film before its official release on October 6.
Rheeder said the movie is one of the biggest brands that Nickelodeon and Paramount have to offer and promises family fun for everyone.
“It’s a beautiful story with a powerful message, which is: ‘No pup is too small’,” Rheeder said.
Organisers had also rolled out a special screening of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in August, and Immigration, an animation about a duck family emigrating to New York City, will be the final one for this year.
“It’s just pure family entertainment, I don’t think anyone will be disappointed. It’s something for young and old audiences alike to enjoy,” Rheeder said.
Attendees included celebrity influencers and Nickelodeon winners.
Guests enjoyed a variety of activities and performances including a colouring wall of the pups, making pup badges, 360 selfie cam, a dog agility show, a dog fashion show, as well as safety demonstrations from the Sinoville fire department and Nightguard among many more.
