The BetWay SA20 league is in Centurion this weekend as Pretoria Capitals face off against the Joburg Super Kings.

Poet Johann Lodewyk Marais is the focus of this cultural gathering in the Moot.

Marais is well-known in authors’ circles and won the Ingrid Jonker prize for his debut collection, The summer is a day old.

Johann recently published another collection of poems, Sirkelgang. It appeared exactly 40 years after his debut volume.

Catch the gathering from 12:00 at Sperdatum Digters, at Slice of Life on Sunday.
