Phone these numbers in case of an emergency – Tshwane Emergency Services call lines are down.

The service provider has deployed a team of high-level technicians who have been working on resolving the issue

The Tshwane Emergency Services Department is currently experiencing technical issues that are affecting the call centre’s phone lines.

The emergency call centre is unable to receive or make calls.

Residents are advised to dial the following numbers until the problem is resolved: 10177 for medical emergencies and 082 879 1191 for fire and rescue.

According to Tshwane Emergency Services spokesperson Charles Mabaso, the problem has been reported to the service provider and an update will be provided as soon as the problem is resolved.
