Police spokesperson, Constable Lethabo Mashiloane said the accused were arrested on 12 April 2012.

“While patrolling they noticed vehicles matching descriptions given, driving at high speed in Solomon Mahlangu Drive. The police gave chase and managed to stop them,” said Mashialone.
