Kiddies Academy Nursery School’s annual march

The children dressed up in white tunics and wreaths of ivy or flowers to indicate their thankfulness and joy.

The little ones at Kiddies Academy Nursery School (just voted by Beeld newspaper readers as the best nursery school in Pretoria) had their annual march to the Anglican Church in De Bron Street, Garsfontein.

Now that Ascension Day is no longer a public holiday, lots of us tend to forget all about this glorious celebration.

The children dressed up in white tunics and wreaths of ivy or flowers to indicate their thankfulness and joy.

One dad carried a cross, while the children followed him to the church. They attended a small service in the little church – the first building in Garsfontein.
