Not only does the school boast excellent results, it also ranked seventh best in Pretoria.

Matriculants from Hoërskool Wonderboom class of 2018 once again achieved great results.

The school ranked seventh best in Pretoria, with St Alban’s College in the east of Pretoria first.

“We are very proud of the results our Wonnie-Matrics achieved,” the school said.

The school celebrated four students who achieved seven distinctions.

The top-performing learner was Madeli de Bruin, with 90.14 percent average and seven distinctions.

The other three top performing students were Anize de Vos, Danéll Joubert and Narissa van der Merwe, who each achieved seven distinctions.

Two learners got six distinctions, while another two achieved five.

Nico Coetzee and Chanri Theron achieved six distinctions, while Justin Botes and Johané vd Mescht achieved five.

On the day the results were published, learners, some anxious, some excited, collected their results at the school.
