Cornwall Hill College achieved a 100% pass rate for 2018.
Of the 135 candidates who wrote the matric examinations, 96.3% qualified to study for a university degree.
The top matric learners were Caleb Isaacs, Johannes Stegmann and Kirsten Raubenheimer.
Isaacs received nine distinctions.
His subjects were English home language, Afrikaans first additional language, engineering graphics and design, life orientation, life sciences, mathematics, physical sciences, advanced programme mathematics and engineering graphics and design PIII.
Isaacs placed on the IEB commendable list in the top 1% of learners with the highest average in five subjects and a distinction in life orientation.
He also placed in the Top 1% of IEB students in Afrikaans first additional language, engineering graphics and design, and mathematics.
Stegmann received nine distinctions.
His subjects were accounting, English home language, Afrikaans first additional language, engineering graphics and design, life orientation, mathematics, physical sciences, advanced programme mathematics and engineering graphics and design PIII.
Raubenheimer received eight distinctions.
Her subjects were English home language, Afrikaans first additional language, design, engineering graphics and design, life orientation, mathematics, physical sciences and engineering graphics and design PIII.
Raubenheimer also placed in the Top 1% of IEB students in design, engineering graphics and design, and life orientation.
