SCHOOL: Crawford college Pretoria donates much needed items to Sunnyside education centre
The Pen Ignite Education Centre provides tutoring to 40 children from various schools around Sunnyside, Arcadia, and the City Centre.
Learners and teachers from Crawford College Pretoria visited the Sunnyside Pen Ignite Education Centre to bring much-needed gifts to the children.
On previous visits to the centre, it was established that there was a need for earphones to assist the students with their reading. Using funds received from the My School Card initiative, Crawford College Pretoria was able to donate 25 sets of earphones, as well as toys, books and other items that were donated by parents and students.
The Pen Ignite Education Centre provides tutoring to 40 children from various schools around Sunnyside, Arcadia, and the City Centre. Crawford College Pretoria visits the centre once a week to make sandwiches and help the children at the centre with homework.
