SCHOOL: Curri Thatchfield Primary school boasts Top Achievers

Earlier this year she also qualified for and represented Northern Gauteng in artistic gymnastics where she won a silver medal.

Curro Thatchfield Primary School celebrated some excellent results at its recent prize-giving ceremony on Thursday, 8 November 2018.

The top achievers on the academic front were Thanishka Naidoo in Grade 4; Naledi Lekopa in Grade 5; Keamogetswe Mathako in Grade 6 and Thato Ramatsetse in Grade 7.

Thato was also the receiver of the dux scholae for 2018. A special recognition award, which included a certificate of excellence and a gold medal was presented to Aobokwe Moche (Grade 4), who had received a silver medal at the Eurotramp and double-mini in trampoline gymnastics earlier.

Earlier this year she also qualified for and represented Northern Gauteng in artistic gymnastics where she won a silver medal.

The Prefects for 2018 were also announced at this ceremony.

A special recognition award was presented to Aobokwe Moche (Grade 4) at Curro Thatchfield Primary school’s honours evening. She received a silver medal for the events Eurotramp and double-mini in trampoline gymnastics. Earlier this year she also qualified for and represented Northern Gauteng in artistic gymnastics where she also received a silver medal. She received a certificate of excellence and a gold medal.
