SCHOOL: Eduplex High – North Gauteng Science Fair

Congratulations to the following learners!

Every year Eduplex learners conduct outstanding research for the annual North Gauteng Science Fair.

Congratulations to the following learners:

Richard Schnitter converted compacted waste into energy in the Ecology and Environmental category and was awarded a Silver medal.

Rouxan Potgieter created a stop motion video – The Ruby Arts for advertising the Grottobot challenge event which is another programming challenge. He received a silver medal. Zonique Keith compiled a botanical illustration for a book of selected plants of SA and was awarded a silver medal in the Botanical Illustration category.

Vincent Haarhoff was awarded a bronze medal in the technology category for his project titled Cold Solar Power. Dawid Malan won a gold medal for his stop-motion video titled Larry the Robot in the Video Editing category.

Joshua Coetzee painted proteas in the Botanical Illustration category and titled it Suid-Afrika se Nasionale Prag. He was awarded a gold medal for his research.

Joshua Coulson created a supplement for weak animals and titled his research It’s a dog’s life -so SHAKE it up. He was awarded a gold medal in the category Animal and Vet Science and will also represent Eduplex at national level.
