SCHOOL: Abbotts putting right foot forward

The Abbottonians came to school in their “onesies”

Abbotts College Centurion has partnered with Reach for a Dream Foundation for National Slipper Day to raise funds to help children with life-threating illnesses make their dreams a reality.

Though National Slipper Day is commemorated annually on 11 May, the college held its own on 22 June.

The Abbottonians came to school in their “onesies” and raised R840 for the cause.

“The foundation’s core values and beliefs resonate with the Abbotts College family and thus it is a privilege to be part of this initiative every year”, says principal Sanet van Rensburg.

“We look forward to support and contribute every year to make children’s dreams come true.”
