Missing Brooklyn woman sought

“She left home to do a fasting blood test at Lancet in the Life Little Company of Mary Hospital, but she never returned home.”

Family and friends are searching for a 57-year-old woman who recently went missing in the east of Pretoria.

According to the Pink Ladies Organisation, Dawn Basdeo was last seen on Friday in Brooklyn.

“She left home around 9:00 to do a fasting blood test at Lancet in the Life Little Company of Mary Hospital, but she never returned home,” they said.

The organisation said it was confirmed that Basdeo never arrived at the hospital.

Basdeo was wearing black flat shoes, blue jeans and a white top with a beige jersey.

She was driving a silver grey 2007 Mercedes ML 63 with the registration number VZK 011GP.

“No tracker had been installed in the car,” they said.

Residents were urged to contact the Brooklyn police station with any information that could lead to her safe return.
