Two women who disappeared from Mooinooi in the North West are still missing, police said on Saturday.
Three people who were arrested on Thursday are suspected of being involved in their disappearance.
Police said they were looking for the bodies of the missing women.
“We have not found them yet,” said police spokesperson Warrant Officer Mpeile Talane on Saturday.
Anisha (30) and Joey van Niekerk (32) went missing on Sunday, 10 December. They left for a funeral in Pretoria, but never arrived.

“Police searched for the women yesterday, until 01:00 this morning,” Talane said on Saturday.
He earlier said that information had been obtained to charge the three suspects with two counts of murder.
They also faced charges of robbery, kidnapping and the unlawful possession of a firearm.
They remain in custody.
“Their case was remanded for 22 December when the suspects will appear in the Brits Magistrate’s Court.”
Talane said police will continue their search.
