Kuhn shines at Titans awards

The Titans Season Awards took place at Momentum in Centurion on Tuesday night, and what a night of successes it was.

Heino Kuhn was the envy of this teammates at the Titans Season Awards on Tuesday night, when he won a staggering four awards.

Kuhn too First Class Player of the Year, the Unlimited Leadership Award, Players’ Player of the Year and of course Player of the Year awards.

“What a night it has been, I’m completely speechless. I thought just maybe I’d get a nomination after my success in the four-day series, but to win so many awards is just amazing,” said Kuhn on stage in front of approximately 100 friends, teammates and cricket heavyweights.

The event kicked off with guests arriving in exquisite style at the Momentum building in Centurion, mingling and enjoying some wine while catching up with fellow nominees, spouses and supporters. The guests were treated to gourmet snacks before being shown to their seats for the start of this annual event.

After all winners were announced and a few photos taken to mark the special occasion, guests enjoyed a well-deserved meal before some slight rain came down.

The other winners included:

– Newcomer of the Year: Lungi Ngidi

– T20 Player of the Year: Albie Morkel

– One Day player of the Year: Grant Thomson

– Fans Player of the Year: Tabraiz Shamsi

– Most Valuable Player of the Year: Graeme van Buuren
