A 14-year-old schoolgirl wearing her school uniform in London, bullied and punched a boy on camera while using foul language. The video has since gone viral on social media.
The footage shows a girl grabbing the shirt of a teenage boy, while dragging him around by his clothing and then hits him.
Police were informed of the video and they arrested the girl, who was then charged with assault by beating.
