Bikers hold memorial service

Bikers came together to hold a memorial service in remembrance of four fallen members.

Members of the Bomb Shelter Bikers Church came together on Sunday morning at Derdepoort Primary School for a memorial service.

According to Pastor Cobus Sierbrits, the ceremony was held in remembrance of the four members of the church who had passed away during the year.

Sierbrits said that the bikers come together every Sunday morning at Derdepoort Primary School for a normal church service. There are about 700 bikers who are members of the church.

The service started with songs of praise and worship after which a service followed. The service ended with the singing of the song We will ride.
