Prom Night took place in the parking lot of Brooklyn Mall on Friday night. The event has been running since 1996 and for the first time in Pretoria.
A number of matric pupils were chosen from eight different schools in Pretoria to participate in this glamorous event. The pupils were chosen at their different matric farewells and had to dress up in their matric dance outfits to compete against each other for the title of prom king and queen.
There were also other titles to be won such as best styled couple and individuals, best original couple and individuals, and best dancing couple.
