Garsfontein police treat their ladies

Garsfontein police station celebrated women by treating them to a breakfast.

The Garsfontein police station celebrated Women’s Day by treating its ladies to a hearty breakfast on Friday.

Almost 45 women from the station, including dedicated police officers and hard-working administrative staff, met at the Golden Eagle Spur at the Atterbury Value Mart where they spent the morning chatting over cups of coffee after enjoying a generous breakfast.

Colonel Solomon Govender, Garsfontein police station commander, praised the women for their selflessness and thanked them for their important roles in men’s lives.
