Business division manager required to head up an entrepreneurial B2B digital marketing division.
Based at Capital Media in Pretoria, the business division will function as a start-up branch of the Digital Briefcase reporting to both the Digital Briefcase head o ce in northern Johannesburg and the GM & Digital Manager of Capital Media in Pretoria.
The business division manager will be responsible for maximising sales revenues and the general functioning of the division.
Responsibilities include hands-on selling of digital marketing services to small/ medium business owners (SMEs) within the Pretoria area, testing products & packages in the market and managing a growing sales team to focus on the region.
This role will also have an administrative focus, assisting head o ce in perfecting business systems and creating operational documentation. This role is ideally suited to someone with an entrepreneurial background, business ownership experience, extensive knowledge of digital marketing and a keen understanding of the Pretoria market. The candidate needs to show true entrepreneurial spirit and initiative, taking ownership of this division and proactively grow the business through its initial growth phase and in the long term.
