Loftus 4 Jesus concert ‘a success’
The line-up was headed by the CRC band, with great performances from the Explosion album, other headliners included Juanita du Plessis, Jo Black, Andre Venter and Robbie Wessels.
The Loftus 4 Jesus concert attracted thousands of worshippers who gathered to sing praises and give thanks on Saturday.
Under the theme of giving hope and restoration, the concert held at the Loftus Versfeld stadium was a massive success as worshippers gathered from 13:30 in the afternoon.
The line-up was headed by the CRC band, with great performances from the Explosion album. Other performers included Juanita du Plessis, Jo Black, Andre Venter and Robbie Wessels.
The iconic Loyiso Bala led the praise and worship segment which was followed by a message by pastor At Boshoff.
Bala said it was amazing to see thousands of people gathered in one place as a nation to ask for restoration and spread the good news.

“The encouraging and awesome word by pastor At Boshoff was welcome too,” he said.
Organisers said the event was a success and that all went well.
Concert-goer Andrew Tshililo said it was a great sight to see so many people coming together to give thanks and praise.
“It is breathtaking and special to be a part of the worship experience with so many other worshippers. The performances were exciting. It was indeed an evening of hope and encouragement,” said Tshililo.
