It was over a cup of steaming coffee, that Tierlantynkies was born.

Scores of people headed to the Capital City Church International in Zwavelpoort for the Tierlantynkies market.

The seven-day market which started on Wednesday, 27 September attracted lifestyle lovers from as far as Limpopo.

One of the organisers, Lorette Kunz said the Tierlantynkies market has been around for seven years and still going strong.

She said she together with her two friends, Elmien van Zyl and Ronel Horak came up with the idea of starting the market.

“It was over a cup of delicious steaming coffee, that the brainchild of Tierlantynkies was born. Three friends joined forces to create a platform where artists and budding entrepreneurs could revel in presenting their talents and passions as a joint offering, in a tranquil setting,” she said.

The market also caters for even the most discerning shopper.

The three friends appreciate that Tierlantynkies is to be “retail rejuvenated”.
