Lovers of vintage and classic cars gather under one roof

The event was also a fundraising event for Sonitus School for the Hearing Impaired, and the event is held every second week of the month at the same venue.

Sunday saw vintage and classic car enthusiasts from around Pretoria flooding the Pretoria Old Motor Club in Silverton to attend the “Cars Cars at the Club” show.

The event was for cars older than 20 years.

The event was organised by the Pretoria Old Motor Club (POMC) and saw many popular cars from the thirties, forties, fifties, sixties, seventies, and eighties.

Frik Kraamwinkel from the club said the event was also a fundraising event for Sonitus School for the Hearing Impaired, and the event is held every second week of the month same venue.

The event, which started at 09:00 and ended around 14:00, was a success for the 58-year-old club.

Kraamwinkel invited car enthusiasts to come and join them in the next event, the American Classic Car and Bike Day on 10 March.

He concluded by saying that everyone or anyone who has an interest in old and new vehicles is welcome to join them.
