I would like to thank the Moot residents who take so much trouble and effort to decorate their houses with lights over the festive season. It is truly something to look at and appreciate.
The beauty of the lights make Christmas seem special to everyone. We should appreciate that these residents pay for the electricity out of their own pockets so that the whole community can “get into the Christmas spirit”.
Whenever I visit the Rietfontein pavillion over December, I always look at the house across the street, which is beautifully lit around this time. It looks so dark now that the festive season is over. I really hope they make their house look pretty again this year. At least it will give me something to look forward to.
Thank you once again for your efforts to give people “something” for Christmas.
