Hercules boy still missing

Missing Hercules boy’s case handed over to Western Cape police for investigation.

A teenager of Hercules in the Moot has now been missing for almost 10 days.

Sixteen-year-old Louis du Preez was last seen in his home on Saturday 9 January, and is believed to be in Western Cape.

His father Louis said the family was worried about the Hoërskool Hercules pupil as all they knew was that he was in Western Cape.

“We got hold of his bus ticket and we traced it. It led us to Western Cape, so we know he is there,” he said.

The matter had been handed to the police in the Western Cape.

“We are waiting to hear what has happened since the case was moved,” Du Preez Smit said.

Du Preez was wearing black trousers, a black t-shirt and white shoes at the time of his disappearance.

Anyone with information on him ccould call the Hercules police station’s Sergeant Christo von Mollendorff on 012-377-4112 or 082-319-9571.
