GALLERY: Apprentesses Charity crowns new ambassadors

“The competition is not just about the glamour."

SA night of glitz and glamour greeted the announcement of Apprentesses & Apprentesses Charity at the Royal Elephant Hotel in Centurion on Saturday.

Luré Delport was crowned Apprentesses and Simoné Wilson Apprentesses Charity ambassadors.

Yolande Nelson of Apprentesses said the women were chosen for the 12-month ambassadorship for their overall performance over a six-month evaluation period and their performance during an interview.

She said Apprentesses opened up a path to fame by elevating the finalists to celebrity status.

“The competition is not just about the glamour and luxury lifestyle that awaits,” she said.

“It also includes opportunities that help with building your own brand while simultaneously growing and promoting the brand of your partners and sponsors.”

The ambassadors give back to their community through the various charitable causes they align themselves with.
