The audience also got an opportunity to sing along to some of the timeless ballads and to 'foot stompin' rock and roll.

Rainer Jadischke recently paid tribute to the British singer, songwriter, composer, pianist, record producer and occasional actor, Sir Elton John. Popularly known to his fans as Rocket Man, the man really rocked on Wednesday night at the Atterbury Theatre.

Music lovers were wowed by his performance. Rocket Man paid tribute to Elton John for his work over five decades, 29 studio solo albums and millions of album sales. The audience also got an opportunity to sing along to some of the timeless ballads and to ‘foot stompin’ rock and roll.

Jadiscjke is known to be a great fan of Elton John ever since he started listening to John’s music in his early teens. He also look like him and sounds like him, also plays the piano and, believe it or not, they were born on the same day. “I started taking piano lessons at an early age and focused on mastering playing the blues and rock and roll during my teenage days,” he said. With handpicked musicians, Rocket Man works with a live brass band. Marcus Thatcher is the musical director. The tribute was a huge hit and Rocket Man and his band really entertained the fans.
