GALLERY: East Oasis Experience a hit with families

The team had "put together an amazing, diverse selection of exceptionally talented local electronic and live acts guaranteed to keep patrons grooving from start to finish".

The Oasis Experience, an outdoor family entertainment event, brought joy to patrons at the national botanical gardens on Saturday.

A great line-up headlined by Mi Casa, Goodluck and TiMO ODV catered for both young and old.

The Oasis Experience live entertainment in the garden has been created to offer an exclusive outdoor festival experience for the whole family.

Organiser Guy Herman said his team had “put together an amazing, diverse selection of exceptionally talented local electronic and live acts guaranteed to keep patrons grooving from start to finish”.

“We also have a bigger selection of delicious gourmet street food,” he said.

Eden Coetzee said it was her first time at the Oasis Experience concert and she was already looking forward to the next one.

“I love the vibe, everyone is just so free. I also love that it is outdoors and family orientated,” she said.

Sisters Alvira and Karina Prakash said they loved everything about the festival, they came all the way from Centurion especially to enjoy Mi Casa.

“We are having a good time and enjoying the music,” said the sisters.

Other artists in the line-up were Rubber Duc, Cinimin, Chrizz Beatz SA, Mark Stent (Live), DSCO Cam FT Duard, BornFree and Marc Young.
