SCHOOL: Tyger Valley College’s big walk

As part of the heritage celebrations, a blanket knitted by their senior preparatory learners was handed to Lizelle English, on behalf of the Baby Rhino Project.

In late September, Tyger Valley College’s pre-preparatory and preparatory school learners and teachers participated in a “big walk” to raise money for their outreach fund, which supports various charities.

The theme of the morning was #proud.

As part of the heritage celebrations, a blanket knitted by their senior preparatory learners was handed to Lizelle English, on behalf of the Baby Rhino Project.

A fun morning was had, which included a picnic after the walk, where different foods depicting various heritages was enjoyed and shared among the learners.
