Prime Circle and Wonderboom live at Loftus Park Centre

Fans braved the cold to see their favourite musicians.

The new Loftus Park Centre celebrated its grand opening on Saturday evening with live performances by rock bands Prime Circle and Wonderboom.

Fans braved chilly weather in their numbers to see their favourite bands perform live.

The centre’s marketing director Grant Silverman said the centre offers “a variety of stores and a great dining experience”.

“It is a dynamic mix-use development in the heart of Pretoria’s sporting, cultural and diplomatic hub,” he told Rekord.

Prime Circle’s “biggest” fan, Dawn Haynes, could not hide her excitement.

“I love them so much. I know all their songs by heart,” she said.

Faith and Fair Maseko said their favourite song is “She always gets what she wants.”

Keabetswe Lebese and Haisem Woldesadie said they were there to enjoy great music and good vibes.

“We like the fact that it is in an outdoor kind of set-up, it’s super chilled. We love both Wonderboom and Prime Circle – they play good music that caters for all age groups,” said the duo.
