Menlyn’s VIP card holders have exclusive access to Menlyn’s premium VIP lounge. The lounge offers cardholders free parking services, a private room for consultation with Menlyn’s personal shopper and electrical car charging facilities. The VIP Lounge can also be used for business meetings and private functions, as well as a venue for intimate tenant functions.

• Bus Welcome Centre

The Menlyn Park Welcome Centre is located at the Garsfontein entrance giving it easy access to the N1 highway. If you are using a shuttle bus including the Lowveld Tour Operator, pop in at our Welcome Centre ‘s waiting area to wait in comfort for your ride. As part of our value-added service offered at the Welcome Centre we have a dedicated SAP officer who is stationed at the centre daily and shoppers can also get their important documents certified at no cost by the SAP officer.

The Welcome Centre is open daily from 9am-7pm, Monday – Saturday and Sunday 9am-6pm.

• Information Desks

  : Three information desks are available for added convenience for Menlyn shoppers. Our team of well-trained customer care representatives are available to handle any queries you may have. The information desks are operational during trading hours and can be found at these convenient locations.

• Disabled Parking & Wheelchairs.

  Designated parking is made available for all our disabled shoppers at every parking level. For added convenience wheelchairs are made available to shoppers and can be requested at the security parking office located on parking level 6.

• Pensioners Parking;

  Menlyn offers pensioners free parking on Monday’s and Wednesday. All pensioners can receive their exit parking tickets at any of the information desks or at the Centre Management office.

• Moms & Tots Parking:

  Designated parking bays with a wider berth are specially designed to accommodate prams. Parking is available on every parking level close to each entrance.
