Glitz and glamour in aid of hospice

A total of R30 000 was raised for Sungardens Hospice.

It was an afternoon of fine dining and leisure as the ladies of Pretoria got together to raise funds for the Sungardens Hospice at a special ladies luncheon at Fumo Groenkloof on Saturday.

Speakers Edith Venter and Meisie Nkosi dazzled guests with their wit and charm and, in total, an amount of R30 000 was for the hospice. Guests were entertained with soulful music by Jacques Lagesse.

“It’s my passion to create awareness, especially since I lost five friends to cancer in one year,” said Ina Smith of Menu Solutions, who organised the event.
