Pretoria Boeremark market still going strong
They will have an evening market on 13 December.
The Pretoria Boeremark market is definitely the place to be if you are searching for handmade clothes, arts and crafts as well as fresh produce straight from the farmers
The Boeremark, which is held in Silverton, continues to attract crowds on Saturday mornings.
The market has been running for 26 years now and attracts people from all walks of life.
The market has over 200 stalls and caters for those with an artistic side, also offering jewellery, woodwork and niche products.

What makes it unique is that it people can get fresh fruit and vegetables, a variety of bread, coffee, ready-to-eat food, fresh meat, handmade products, cheese and other dairy products, arts and crafts, clothing, decor and more.
Boeremark organiser Johan van Wyk said the market was open every Saturday from 05:30 to 09:30.
One of the exhibitors, Debbie Smith, said one of what she loved about the market was that it caters for everyone.
“We have people from different countries here displaying some of their unique brand and products. It’s not just artisans from around Africa, there are a few Americans, Canadians and Swedish nationals as well,” she said.
On 13 December, the Boeremark will have an evening market.
“Come and enjoy a fun filled evening with friends and family and enjoy live music,” the Boeremark said on their page.
