Three burglars were caught in the act in the East – thanks to a swift response by security and video surveillance companies.
The drama began at 03:00 on Monday when the video surveillance company notified Bull Security that three people were breaking into a business near the Woodlands shopping centre.

The Bull response teams were dispatched and upon arrival spotted the three men who fled the scene when they realised they’d been spotted.
The officers gave chase and apprehended one who was later handed over to the Garsfontein SAPS.
“There had been numerous attempts to break in at the said business premises for the last three months,” Bull operations manager French Jooste told Rekord.
