LETTER: Raw sewage leak since May and still no help!
Resident writes a letter claiming that she reported a raw sewage leak in May and she has not received any reply from the powers at be.

I have a problem with raw sewage leaking out of a manhole behind the Kocksoord Cemetery. It runs through my plot and could affect the underwater river where we get our drinking water from via a borehole.
On May 23 this year, I reported directly, and again on September 14 that there was still raw sewage leaking from the manhole behind the cemetery.
No one replied.
I then approached someone from a civil rights organisation for help seeing that the person I initially reported the matter to read the messages but did not reply. The representative from the civil rights organisation also reported it to the municipality but still no help.
