Despite continuous complaints with regard to service delivery in both Randfontein and Westonaria, voters have once again supported the ANC as their candidate of choice.
The question is: Will they get it right this time around?
The ANC – specifically locally –Â have always said that their plan to correct service delivery issues, is a complex one that will take time to come to fruition.
Do you think that now that the ANC has won again they will be able to carry out these development plans and once and for all get the service delivery issue out of the way?
