The annual Randfontein Show is nearly upon us and everywhere in town, the signs of excitement are already showing.
The advertisement signs are up on nearly every street and every conversation eventually ends in some show-related topic.
After 28 years, the Randfontein Show has become one of the biggest events of its kind in South Africa and even the locals cannot get enough with top class entertainment of every imaginable variety, all the food you can think of at relatively affordable prices and the hundreds of stalls selling every imaginable item under the sun.
It is also a magnet for visitors from outside the borders of our town and every year, thousands of people from all over the West Rand and the rest of the country flock to Randfontein to visit the Show.
