Sipho enjoys connecting with people in the fitness industry and expressed that fitness allows a person to engage with others. Through this, Sipho states that he has changed many lives. He added that the fitness experience helps him maintain good posture and strength, constantly keeping him active. Sipho further emphasised that fitness is just as important to the mind as it is to the body.

According to him, the best part of being a fitness trainer is to see the change you have made in the lives of many.

The chances of improving a person’s health are what motivates Sipho most. When Sipho sees a person struggling with weight, he seizes the opportunity to improve their lifestyle. He stated that he is aware that fitness is a diverse subject and that people’s bodies differ and that is what intrigues Sipho the most. It is a challenge that Sipho cannot help but tackle. For Sipho, it means taking on a new project in hopes of improving the person’s life completely. He added that when it comes to group exercise he enjoys teaching people because his knowledge grows as well.

“If people struggle, it is time for me to show how much I know,” he said.

“I just choose to stay positive with what I encounter. Whether it be at work or not, if you choose to have a positive mind it will get you through a lot of obstacles. I am grateful to have helped as many people as I did in classes and personal training. Fitness has countless positive aspects, but I think the most important are a strong body, a strong mind, and connecting with people. You help people to reach a goal that will stay with them forever. You train your body and your mind, and at the end of the day you walk out a better and healthier person.”
