Here’s what’s happening in the sporting world this weekend.

The Herald has compiled some must-see sporting events on television taking place from today (Saturday, 13 January) until Sunday, 14 January.

SATURDAY, 13 JANUARY

Rugby:

• Round 11 of the Guiness Pro14 will see an all South African clash between the Southern Kings and Cheetahs in Port Elizabeth. Kick-off is at 5pm.

Cricket:

• It’s the first day of the second test between South Africa and India in Centurion. Play will start at 9am. Also tune in from 3.15am to catch New Zealand and West Indies in action in the ICC U19 Cricket World Cup.

Football:

• South African sides will go head-to-head as the ABSA Premiership continues. Matches not to miss include Mamelodi Sundowns vs Orlando Pirates (from 3pm) and Kaizer Chiefs against Polokwane City from 7.30pm.

SUNDAY, 14 JANUARY

Cricket:

• ICC U19 Cricket World Cup action will continue from 11.15pm between England and Namibia. It’s also the second day of the second test between South Africa and India from 9.30am.
